Sara Dee

Sara Dee is the red-mopped multi-instrumental songstress crooning melodies from the pacific beaches. With musical roots in the Los Angeles South Bay, Dee brings a new spin to a timeless sound. "A hybrid of Patsy Cline and Madeleine Peyroux- with a voice strong enough to clean the rust off nails" (Dirty Hippie Radio). Her penchant for unorthodox sounds has given rise to her trademark genre known as 'Feisty Folk.' She has independently released two full-length albums and sold over 500 copies, receiving both national publication and radio play, and was recently nominated as one of LA Weekly's Best Live Bands.
