Hyper Crush with Boomz Pharm, Walt Grizzly featuring HU$H, and Romy Ancona

Hyper Crush: Live and Direct from the Honky Tonk of Electro. Three shit-faced extra terrestrials known amongst the elite simply as Donny, Preston and Holly. A couple of real gentlemen and one broad with a steady diet of cotton candy and flat soda pop to calm the nerves. Donny "Ponyboy" Fontaine is a straight shooter, who once won a trip to Reno, Nevada in a James Dean look-a-like contest. Despite his uncanny looks, he still has trouble with low self-esteem at times. Donny began rapping in the summer of '56 and has not stopped since. One of Donny's greatest achievements was a freestyle battle he won at the Country Manor Home for the Mentally Disabled. "As far as I'm concerned none of these retards stand a chance", said Donny, prior to his landslide victory. With the wits of a pigeon and an ego big enough for five men, Donny is destined to be a pretentious rock star of epic proportions. What would the greatest Electro/Doo-Hop group of all time be without a super producer/dj extraordinaire? His name is Preston Moronie, a cool customer on the computer buttons with a pension for domestic violence. In an interview Preston once asked a reporter "What do you tell a woman with two black eyes?" "What" the reporter replied. "Nothin' you already told her twice", he yelled, as he strangled the broad next to him. Despite being a convicted felon and full time alcoholic, Preston sticks to his passion of creating timeless works of art. Donny and Preston first met in the fall of '62, during a fist fight at a local Denny's in the city of San Fernando. The two were involved in an altercation over what song was to be played over the jukebox. Preston wanted to hear some "Fats Domino" and Donny of course, insisted on "Martha and the Vandella's". The waitress who stopped the quarrel was none other than Holly "Baby" Valentine a big time hussy with a foul attitude and a mouth full of bubble gum. Holly was born in the jungles of South America, but moved to the states after killing several cops. With a voice like an angel and a mouth like a truck driver, Holly hit it off perfectly with Donny and Preston. The three decided to start the Electro, Death-Core super group "HYPER CRUSH". Hyper Crush is part of the San Fernando Valley's aristocratic super elite known as "Le Brethren De Molak", and are said to have ties with such people as Ralph Macchio and the ever elusive Corey Haim. HYPER CRUSH seems to have the "rap game" in a constant choke hold status with songs like "Sex and Drugs" and "Ayo". It seems to be that once these three mad geniuses set their minds to ruling the universe at large there is nothing standing in their way!

DJ Ancona: Ancona aka Romy is a self taught musician making his way through the Hollywood and South Bay club circuit as an electronic music producer and performer. Having only been DJing for one year, Romy has quickly gained recognition amongst club owners and party goers as a reliable source of entertainment. While Romy Ancona does not have a specific genre, he most enjoys mixing various styles of house music but has adapted to put his own spin on the most popular music of today. Having shared Hollywood stages with legendary house names such as DJ Reza of Go Ventures and Mark Lewis of Mixology, Romy has earned credibility amongst Hollywood's top performers. His event resume also includes a sold out MAXIM Magazine New Year's Eve party at the newly renovated Chinese Theatre. For handling his own bookings and promotion, Romy Ancona successfully enhances business by bringing loyal fans as well as gaining new enthusiasts at every show he plays.

Walt Grizzly: “Walt Grizzly”, is a Nigerian hip-hop artist born in Los Angeles, CA, while "Hu$h" is a New York native who recently moved to L.A to continue his pursuit in the music industry. Grizzly & Hu$h have been able to use thier connection with one of the biggest Djs in the industry (borgore)'to build a large fan base of young men and women who are interested in an enthusiastic and soulful blend of hip-hop music and electronic sounds.  By combining elements of many different genres such as rock, trap, soul, and house into his music they have found a niche in the alternative hip-hop genre. Walt Grizzlys rap style can be most closely resembled to Childish Gambino, Kanye West, and Andre 3000. With captivating energy, hooks, and lyrics that shake people’s emotions, from heart warming to heart breaking, Walt Grizzly has the potential to connect with fans on many different levels.

Boomz Pharm: Boomz Pharm is a production trio consisting of Chris Hanna, Mark Debo and Joel Geist. All 3 of us are musicians, songwriters and producers on multiple levels. Our skills and talents cross so many lines it is hard to put us into just one genera of music or even one category of entertainment. Like most musicians the music comes first. Our recent focus has been writing and producing original EDM tracks as well as EDM remixes of local South Bay artists. Our live shows consist of a DJ, Drummer or percussionist, MC and visual effects. We spin our original tunes as well all your favorite EDM, Dance, Hip Hop, Pop, Rock and much, much more. Are goal is simply to throw a kick ass party at every event we DJ. Boomz Pharm is truly excited for this upcoming event with Hyper Crush. Our line up for this show will feature Debo as our DJ and Nik Hughs from the band Youngblood Hawke on drums and percussion. This is a long awaited collaboration between Nik and Boomz Pharm and we are grateful to St. Rocke for the opportunity to make it happen.
